I emailed proflame on a Sunday night and within 2 days we had an appt. scheduled. Claude called the day of with a 2 hour arrival window and showed up on time. He was respectful of our home, taking care to keep it clean and to clean up after. He did an excellent job cleaning and servicing our gas fireplace. He was professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. He charged a very reasonable rate.I will continue to call claude for fireplace service and recommend him to friends and family.
Claude at Pro-Flame is amazing! We were having problems with our condo heat and were relying on our fireplace as a temporary source of heating. When our fireplace stopped working on Easter weekend, Claude was so kind to walk us through how to get it working again. He gave us excellent service, on a holiday nonetheless!
